I visited your Poole shop last Saturday and was spoken to by one of your customer service person (he was the only large person on duty that day). I was there to query about lowering monthly cost. But I also had my eye on the latest iPhone to upgrade. Your employee's respond was more of an insult than anything helpful, nor encouraging. His reply was, and said in a very loud voice, 'so you're looking to lower cost but want an expensive handset replacement' -- this he said coupled with a belittling scoff. It was embarrassing, given the presence of known customers in the shop that day too. Is that how your people are trained? Is that how they are supposed to respond to customers? I have been a loyal customer to you; so much so that I got my child's account opened with you, and my broadband is with you -- not just because of cost-saving but because I believe Vodafone to have an excellent customer service people that I can talk to without judgment, without derision.
My plan is due to end on the 13th. I am reassessing my position with you in regards to the aforementioned incident.
