I had a great experience with Rishi from Vodafone's customer care. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and communicated clearly, which made my issue much easier to resolve. Rishi's friendly demeanor and patience stood out, showing Vodafone’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Special thanks for Mr Afy and his other two colleagues! :) I don't know how to thank for a professional &friendly same time service at Preston store. I had received not only a nice welcome at the store but also an additional help with my case. Especially, I am grateful for an individual approach to my case and lots of patience alongside. Communication with Mr Afy was very smooth and clear. He provided me with lots of information I needed and made sure if I receive my order at the right time which was very important to me.
