If I could give anything less than 1…Worst BROADBAND AVOID THEM!!!!
If I could give anything less than 1 star I will. This is by far the worst broadband I ever got on. Sadly it became worse after I extended my contract for 2years. Full Fibre 910 + Super Wifi gives me no good coverage I can barely play games on my PlayStation. My laptops have bad connections even after subscribing to the fastest speed. Please if you like good speed avoid this Vodafone. AVOID THEM!!!! I’ve called several times they say I turn off and restart router. Same thing always
Update: So an agent reached out to me and proposed I call the dedicated team to look into this. Guess what?? Even a normal call to the service center is muffled only for the agent to check my post code and say there is no network in my area. So why make me commit to a 2year plan after doing a network check before I onboarded and they confirmed there was Vodafone network in the area. This is a complete rip off I get no value for what I pay for. I STRONGLY ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE if you want peace of mind. Stay completely away from them this has impacted me so bad. I write this from a place of pain and deep hurt. Stay away from them

Theodora was rude, didn’t explain things well and almost just argued with me when I said I didn’t understand what she was saying. She took my card and agreed to payment over the phone without consulting me, then tried to do this again without me even knowing the amount so I cancelled the call. I called into the store in the Oracle Reading for a deal on broadband and phone combination I spoke to a gentleman called Connor he was so friendly and professional explaining every detail to me I couldn’t praise him enough
