Vodafone Richmond - can you really be ars*d!
Kept waiting for 10 minutes. Could hear staff members out the back chatting and ‘having a laugh’. Eventually served by an assistant - who we obviously inconvenienced!
Experience was beyond mediocre. Del Boy could have done a better job (and at least we would have got a smile!).
Sales pitch ended with them offering a ‘staff discount’ on air time - which we politely declined as they’d completely missed that I’d gone in to upgrade the hardware.
Lack of interest. Exuded boredom. No interest in delivering a decent level of customer service. Gave inaccurate information about my contract.
Popped next door to O2 and was greeted by an interested, courteous and helpful assistant.
After 20+ years with Vodafone it’s time for a switch!!

Frustrating experience
Upgrade phone delivered 3 days later than stated in the order. Now they're saying I would have to wait 3 to 5 working days for my e-sim to arrive because my trade-in hasn't been processed yet.
