Go to Romford branch and ask for Kayla!
I came in to Vodafone today to get 2 new sim only contracts, I’m giving my review 5 star as I had no knowledge and Kayla explained and answered all of my questions and solved all my problems.
she stayed after work hours despite it being a Sunday and made sure I was satisfied with everything. She wasn’t trying to sell me extras like most people and made sure I was fully aware and confident with my new contracts!
I have walked away with 2 new contracts giving me more for my money! 5 star to Kayla !!!

Ben have made my dat. I am walking away really happy due to him discovering that I was paying for a product that hasn't been used. If I didn't walk into to the shop then I would've kept paying for this service. He had wow factor.

Great service by Tam very clear and…
Great service by Tam very clear and friendly could have sat here and spoke to him all day. However the store was very cold and where the systems were quite slow it was uncomfortable to sit here for an hour. I am young and fit so I do worry for the older customers that may come in here. My partner even said to Tam can you turn the aircon off which wasn’t even being used. Other than that great service and such friendly professional people. Thankyou
