Excellent service, visited Meadowhall store and got very little out of them, came to ParkGate and spoke to Darren, great help and solved all the issues we had. Would recommend!

Fabulous customer Service!!!
Came into store today 2/4/25 I wanted a brand new contract as I was due an upgrade. Darren served me, he was absolutely brilliant. So so helpful and explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand, I saved some money due to phone trade in and Instore promotion.
I have been looking at phone deals online and had a telephone call (not with Vodafone). But having face to face customer service is much more enjoyable and was so easy. I am new to vodaphone and the customer service had been AMAZING so far! Thank you Darren and vodaphone, Rotherham, parkgate.

Vodafone miselling
Sold me a package for broadband and landline as a existing customer at a fixed price but did not honour. Can’t make calls out on the landline as bundle has ended. Called to discuss and they said would reinstate. Still no landline so have not done as they said! BT here I come.
