Shannon has been a massive help to both me and my dad when we have come into Vodafone. I have been in 3 times and each time she has recognised us instantly and been super friendly and helpful each time. I would highly recommend going to her to anyone as she’s so lovely and friendly face in the shop. Super knowledgeable as well.

Knowledgeable and efficient
Shannon at Rugby is very lovely and sorted my eSIM reactivation out in less than 10minutes. She told me about all the benefits my sim has and I upgraded to euro roaming with her so I won’t have problems staying connected when abroad any longer. Thank you Shannon you are gentle and very helpful.
