Upgrade phone
Josh R helped to to to upgrade my phone and was very helpful and polite and friendly and explained everything very well a very positive experience made it all very easy. Came back in the following day with my old phone and Sami assisted me to clear the phone and helped me claim my Samsung promotion all in all a brillant customer service experience.

I'm a 75 year old gentleman who in April decided to move my broadband contract from Sky to Vodaphone. Unforseen problems arose that became an absolute nightmare. I am especially grateful to Josh who, through his attentiviness and concern took the initiative to escalate my crisis to the 'specialist care' team. It's so great when customer services personnel walk the 2nd mile and demonstrate flexibility as he did.... especially for us IT 'fossils'.

Had the same phone for 7 years now and…
Had the same phone for 7 years now and I have visited the store in Sale today and was served by Dave. He was superb, I am 84 he put me at ease made me a coffee, set me up an email and now I can use it as I have needed for so long with emails from my bowling team and for so many other reasons.
If I still had my business I would be employing him in a heartbeat!
