We have just spent 3 hours with Charlotte at the Salisbury branch. She was an absolute star, very efficient, extremely patient & very nice company. She sorted my phone for me & upgraded my phone for me. She was very knowledgeable & explained everything in an easy to understand way for a woman in her 50’s!!!
I would highly recommend her & thank her enormously for her help this morning when I felt so desperate as I thought I’d lost all my data! You were wonderful Charlotte!
