Vodafone UK - Scarborough Avis 

Vodafone shop in Scarborough. I was seen by April and she was fantastic. I'm not very technical and she was very patient and professional. She listened to what I was looking for and explained everything clearly.
I have come away with an upgraded phone and a cheaper monthly cost. I know I can pop in if I have any questions. I saw both April and Alex supporting customers Brilliantly. I am very impressed with April. I hope this feedback will be passed on to her. Thank you.

Tom made my upgrade experience simple, easy and quick

I went to enquire about the possibility of transferring my current phone number to a new a sim as I'd just lost my phone. I was served by Olivia, she made me feel very welcome, was perfectly polite, very professional and we had a good laugh. She is an absolute credit to the store.

I'd had technical issues with my phone since beginning of November.
Various people from Samsung and Vodafone have tried to no avail but, Nick is a genius. He resolved the issue within an hour. Very technical minded, great job thanks Nick.

Tom was very helpful and knowledgable and made upgrading my phone a very easy process. All the staff in the Scarborough store were very polite and welcoming!

I had been with EE since the T mobile days and decided for a change of phone. Went to the EE shop who just wasn't interested in giving me a good deal, angry and frustrated I walked out. My wife who is with Vodafone suggested I should try them. I went into the Vodafone shop and was met by a very friendly young lady by the name of "Liv". After going through different deals she confessed that was only her 3rd week in the job. I was so surprised as her knowledge and professionalism was second to none. It was all down to "Liv" that I changed to Vodafone, even EE admitted it was a good deal and they couldn't match it. I hope "Liv" stays with Vodafone as she is a valuable and knowledgeable employee.

Hi I recently went into my local Vodafone shop in Scarborough I had dropped my phone and was so worried about my photos and videos of my Father who died in January Alex and Tom spent nearly a whole day retrieving them for me I am so Eternally Grateful I'm 61 and have been a Vodafone customer for 30 years you do Everything Right for the customer, The customer comes First Thank You

Today we visited the store in Scarborough, we had a little waiting time but the staff were so polite and said they would be with us shortly.
We were served by Tom who went above and beyond to help us with a few issues. He was very thorough and checked all our accounts to make sure that they were all working for us the best way possible.

Updated my phone and contract thanks to 2 exceptional young chaps: Nick and Tom. They helped me identify the right product to suit me and my circumstances, and were incredibly helpful, kind, efficient and patient. In summary; outstanding customer service and a credit to Vodafone.

Oliver was really helpful and talked us through every step. He was very patient and kind when explaining the contract to me, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new phone!

I had mistakenly activated talkback and couldn't deactivate it. Consequently I didn't know how to use my phone in talkback mode. Oliver had it sorted in 3 minutes. He was extremely patient and understanding. Thank you Oliver

I was in at the weekend and saw Nick who was exceptionally helpful and professional. He made sure I received exactly what I needed for my internet usage at my lodge and explained everything comprehensively to me. Huge credit to Vodafone, I don't often leave reviews but felt this time, great service requires great feedback.

As a retired pensioner I am not up to date with the latest gadgets, and Oliver at the Scarborough branch of Vodaphone was very patient and thorough in his explanation of my options. I bought an iphone 14 pro, which was made attractive to me by his knowledge of this and the alternatives. A very pleasing shopping experience. Please pass on my compliments to Oliver. Excellent customer service.

I’m not very ‘techy’ so wanted guidance when buying a new I phone. Oliver was really helpful, he went through some options & made everything clear. Photos, apps etc were transferred from my old phone onto the new one which made things much easier for me, this is one of the reasons I prefer to go into a store rather than buying a new phone online. Just one tiny negative, the phone comes with the new cable & that doesn’t fit into the I phone plugs, in my case it’s not a huge problem as the cable from my previous phone fits but it would be best if customers know before leaving the store.
A very busy little store with lots of customers coming in, while I was there several customers arrived for help & advice, many of them older people, so often these days people are rushed but the staff appeared very thorough & gave each customer the time they needed. I would definitely recommend the staff in this store.
