We visited the Meadowhall store today and were looked after superbly by the lovely Loui.
As two "older" customers we were impressed by his patience and how well he explained all the next steps. Nothing was too much trouble and he found us a great Broadband deal. Loui is a credit to the organisation and we'll ask for him on future visits.

Great service …
I decided to take my mum for a phone upgrade today, now she's 82 and she doesn't like change. We entered the Vodafone store and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman called Joe. Now what I liked about Joe was he listened, he didn't try selling us something my mum would not have been able to use, he gave us excellent advice, he was caring and just put us both at ease, after our chat with Joe, he introduced us to Ramzan who was going to sort the paperwork for my mum's new phone. Now I thought this young lad is definitely not on the same wavelength as my 82 year old mum but how wrong I was again he was friendly, patient and very helpful. We would highly recommend this store to other people.

Exceptional
After calling at various mobile phpne outlets, we called at vodaphone in meadowhall sheffield where we met the sales representative Dom. This was refreshing as through all our experience that day he was the only one able to give us clear and a real understanding of our needs. This for me wss refreshing, as most of the time I seem to know more than they do but on this occasion, I met my match. I would just recommend asking for Dom as from my experience this was unmatched by other companies. Pleasure to meet him and will definitely ask for Dom in future.

After a very disappointing experience with Sky regarding my broadband, I contacted Vodafone hoping for a better service. I was fortunate to speak with Santiago, who is based at the Sheffield site, and the difference was remarkable.
Santiago was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the best solution for my needs. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
It's rare to come across someone who takes the time to provide such a high standard of support. Santiago completely changed my impression of switching broadband providers, and thanks to his help I chose Vodafone with confidence.

Went round every network provider in the mall and its the first time the best offer came from the provider i was already with.
Sam was very helpful in explaining all the details and figuring out what we can do. Even telling me to wait an extra day to save more money
