Popped in to the store to enquire about…
Popped in to the store to enquire about a SIM for my 15yr olds first phone. We spoke to Liam who was as helpful as was possible and answered all my daft questions. During the conversation it transpired that I could get a reconditioned iPhone 13 through them. Liam went through everything and wasn’t fed up with me saying I needed to go and have a coffee and think about it, it’s a big step getting my child a phone and even bigger as I’ve not until now, so wanted to be sure as there will be no turning back. We did return after a while and went ahead with the purchase. Again Liam went through everything and I understood which is a credit to him. Liam was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and funny, an absolute credit to Vodafone. If I need anything else I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and see Liam. Brilliant.

Max in the Skegness store was a real help and left the store happy as he sorted me an upgrade and said ‘oh goody’ as I picked my phone. Please give max a job as he’s only on probation and he’s a credit to the store already

The service was very good when we visited the shop, Max (the trainee) was very helpful, always smiling, even though he was still training, he was exceptional, he helped us with upgrading our mobile phone as much as he could before asking for help, he is a great asset to the shop.
