I came in with an issue on Saturday, the team on were so friendly and helpful! I was approached straight away, answered all my questions and even explained the benefits and offered me some upgrades that would really benefit me. I left it to have a think but I definitely will be returning. Great service, Josh is particularly a credit to your company!

New contract phone for my wife
My wife and I went into Vodafone in Spalding to change her pay as you go phone to a contract.

A gem in Spalding
It is refreshing to be dealt with face to face. Chloe was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and polite. She took her time to explain the contract. You don't get this service online and it why we must protect our high street shops. Other customers seemed to have a similar experience in my opinion.

Would give zero if it was an option.

Took out a pay as you go contract with them. Didn't tell me that the initial £10 would be lost when I topped it up with another £10, that in its self was a nightmare as couldn't get it to work so customer services had to action it. Went in about a month ago to top up again, same issue this time but customer services now not allowed to resolve. Girl in shop said she would escalate and keep me updated. Never heard from them again. Absolutely crap service, switched to EE for this phone which is just a backup.
