Excellent service from Sanjeet in Staines
After being an 02 customer for 20 years, I decided to explore moving over to Vodacom, after being sick and tired of intermittent or no signal wherever I went.
I went into the STAINES-upon-Thames branch and was served by Sanj (Sanjeet). He listened to what I was looking for, asked sensible questions and then proceeded to get me a SIM only deal that not only covered the whole of Europe, but also so many other countries, globally, that I travel to regularly!
Sanj managed to get me all this for the same price I have been paying at O2 - except now I have far better signal and coverage in so many more countries!
Sanjeet was polite, professional and very customer focused - which is rare in this day of diminishing client service and face to face human interaction.
Sanjeet is an absolute asset to Vodacom - so please look after him! And thank you Sanj for being such a champion and helping me through the conversion and keeping my old number.

I was puzzled about purchasing a new…
I was puzzled about purchasing a new phone for my grandmother but wasn't sure what type of package I would need. The young member of staff called sanj was very polite and understanding in explaining how everything worked. At the moment I felt I had taken up alot of his time and was being a nuisance however he was very polite and helpful. A great asset to the business. Thank you for your service for the elderly.
