Amazing Vodafone service
We went into Sunderland store and were met by Anthony, absolutely amazing service, so helpful, friendly, had some chat while getting me a brilliant deal, ended up saving some money, I couldn’t be more happy with the deal! Fantastic service as always!

Really great customer service in store…
Really great customer service in store today with Andrew. Really informative. Disappointed to have been told about bonus and trade in but when going through with the contract this was removed due to the model of the trade in. This however, doesn't make a difference on customer service which was excellent.

A* atmosphere and customer service
I was met with a pleasant atmosphere in the store and immediately a staff member named Beth saw to an issue I was having with my phone. Beth proceeded to troubleshoot and try to fix my issue as well as helping me get a better and more up to date deal on my contract. Very grateful experience and I commend Beth on her customer service.
