Mo is amazing and an absolute credit to the team. He was very helpful and patient with me and my family when trying to change over contracts. He's extremely friendly and had a good knowledge of the current offers that Vodafone had. Recommend for everyone to go and see Mo!

Helpful and patient.
Being relatively new to Vodafone broadband and now an Apple Watch, I have a lot to learn. Taunton Vodafone shop have been unfailingly helpful and patient. I have now dealt with four assistants and they have all been supportive and encouraging.. particularly today!

I was looking to upgrade my phone
I was looking to upgrade my phone, and searching online.. I decided to go to my local Vodafone store in Taunton Somerset.
I was served by Mo, who gave me great advice on what was best for me, whilst I was sat with him he told me all about the ‘Vodafone together discount’ if I switched my broadband as well.
So I am a very happy customer with a new iPhone 14 and broadband, definitely be back to see Mo in the future.
