Hannah in the Vodaphone shop in Telford town centre was pleasant, welcoming, non-judgemental and highly knowledgeable in helping me sort the phone data out. She is definitely an asset to your team. WOW what a great experience
I visited telford branch to purchase extra data because I had know internet connection at home

He had a wonderful customer service manner and put me at ease.
