Turning a lost iphone15 into a 16!
Just been sorting out my lost iPhone15; and Wes in the Marlborough shop clearly explained my options, and then efficiently implemented my decision to purchase a new iphone16. Which is now working perfectly. Always good when you find real customer service.

Customer service is the points that I’ve ever dealt with in over 20 years dealing with mobile telephone companies
Customer service is probably the most expensive mini company I’ve been with over 20 years. I certainly would use them again very disappointed.
