Data speeds are better than those I get with BT WiFi.

My father went in the store today for an upgrade and Kanchi was very very helpful and was also very kind and had a friendly nature. She helped my father with all my queries and explained to him about everything very calmly. Would highly recommend to go to her.

Great customer service, Khalid help me (even on his day off)with process of getting a device upgrade. Ran into a lot of problems, however Khalid guided me through. Omar and Prince every helpful too.

Great help for a real technophobe
Being an old-ish luddite I was wary of upgrading my very old Samsung 8. Dealt with SAM in store and he was excellent. In store I found the ideal phone, Sam transferred all the data across seamlessly, and also I now pay less per month than I was previously. Additionally Samsung are currently running a promotion regarding free ear-pods and fit-bit. Uploading receipts, personal details, IMEI numbers to the Samsung site proved too much for me - Sam did it all and I am now awaiting promotional gift. So helpful.
