Southside vodaphone were great
Southside vodaphone were great. Really nice people to deal with. Worked very hard to get us a good deal. I could not wait to get away from EE.

Shocking start to contract onboarding
Friendly service, very patient, explained everything. Applied discounts transparently. Great service with Amar at Southside Wandsworth.
EDIT: the above was written in store after i obtained a new device and data plan. Subsequently it transpires the store made a mistake and did not submit my order. I have had no service since Saturday. Managed to contact Vodafone after spending an hour trying to get through their automated system. They are unable to contact the store directly and I must now go back to ask them to simply press a button to submit the order despite requesting Vodafone just call the store. Vodafone are obviously able to contact the store so I’m not sure why I need to go back. This is a clear breach of our contract which began in July. The inability to phone their own store to resolve this over the phone is ridiculous and I am considering using my cooling off rights to terminate the contract.
