Washington Galleries Excellent service received by Paula
Called in to initially discuss an issue I had with my son’s account and dealt with Paula. I then asked about my current phone package and ended up renewing my phone contract and came away with a new IPhone and better contract than I was initially paying for a sim only deal.
Paula explained everything clearly and nothing was too much work for her. Unfortunately in this day and age everything is directed for people to deal with online ‘machines’ but actually having a one to one in person experience is far better for people like me.
I don’t generally leave online reviews simply because the majority of people doing their jobs are simply just doing that BUT Paula went out of her way to help get me the better deal and I came away feeling I had received excellent customer service.
So a big thank you goes to Paula @ Vodafone Washington Galleries store. It was like dealing with the old fashioned type of customer service we all used to receive years ago.

Exceptional service
Whenever we have any issues or just general questions Vodafone at Washington galleries is always our go to. Craig is now very familiar with us from our visits over the years, and he always provides the most friendly, down to earth and informative service.
