Very good experience in Vodafone Wellingborough
I had a very good experience in Vodafone Wellingborough. I had a phone in mind to purchase, and was listened to by Raj, who thoroughly recommended some options. I then purchased a phone and charger and went away with what I needed and all was well. This was quite in contrast to a visit I had made on a previous occasion to another branch (which in part was due to the fact that I arrived just before closing time) however that could have been handled much more graciously.

Had a fantastic experience with Taya today, a young lady that knows her job inside out gave me a great deal on my daughters upgrade today well done Taya keep up the good work. Will definitely come back to Taya again when my upgrade is required.

Saffron in the Wellingborough branch could not have been more helpful, I came in with my dad who is a little confused with technology and she explained it in great detail to him and helped us no end, we ended up getting a phone for my mum too, overall it was a brilliant experience

Bad luck comes in 3's (Karl the hero)
Bad luck comes in 3's. Well two's hopefully. I lost two mobiles in 3 weeks. (Who does that right).
Karl at the Wellingborough branch is my saviour. What a fantastic bloke. A true credit to Vodafone, he absolutely gets customer service and went above and beyond to support me. He provided good trustworthy advice, he communicates very well by keeping me informed on the progress of my blocked sim. I urge Vodafone to nurture his customer care talents, he is a true gentleman and it must be recognised. Can't thank you enough. I have been with Vodafone for a decade now and it's Staff like Karl that make me remain a committed Vodafone user. If I could give 10 stars I would.

A very positive visit to the branch
Recently visited the wellingborough branch to enquire about using my phone abroad. Bradley was extremely helpful, checking my plan & even finding me a cheaper one with a phone upgrade. It was a relatively quick & totally painless experience due to the knowledge & customer service I received from Bradley. He is a credit to the branch.
