Extremely professional and polite…
Extremely professional and polite service. My wife and I were super impressed with this young woman. She explained everything very clearly and helped us leave with a much better deal on our broadband.
During our visit, there was also a disgruntled customer trying to collect a new phone without any ID. The Vodafone employee handled the situation incredibly well — remaining calm, professional, and respectful throughout. It was great to see such excellent customer service in a difficult situation.

I came in for a warranty service as my phone needed a repair, and I was helped by Alex, who was absolutely amazing. Even though I didn’t have all the required information with me, she was incredibly helpful and quickly guided me on where and how to find everything I needed. I came to the store as I needed…
I came to the store as I needed guidance with transferring my data from my old iPhone to my new one and also moving my number over from my old network to Vodafone. I was greeted by Alex who was incredibly patient with me and took her time to understand what needed to be done. She also offered me broadband at an excellent price, cheaper than my current provider, which I happily signed up for. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Alex to everyone.
