Ali is an incredible asset to your shop in Windsor, I was waiting for a flight to South Africa and decided to pop in to look at phones, with no real intention of buying one. However, step in Ali, he convinced me to upgrade and even said he'd help with the transfer of data between phones in as little as 30mins. great deal, great customer service.

We arrived expecting to have a battle with an issue but Ali was amazing and helped us quickly resolve the problem. Thank you Ali. Will come back to Windsor when we need any help with Vodafone, much better than online/phone help. Well done, keep up the good work.

I would like to thank Michael from Windsor branch, he has been excellent and very kind to address and resolve an issue which Vodafone call center did not actually spare time or provide advice despite my several attempts.

It was the best thing happened to me walking into the store and thankfully Michael took an extra step and went for extra mile to help me - and helped Vodafone to keep my business otherwise i was planning to move it somewhere else.

I went into the store in Windsor on Saturday 15/02/2025 ,as i was having issues with my Dongle , did advice the manager that i spoke to customer care and they said i could come into the store and get the dongle exchanged as it was faulty, The store manager said as he did not have ay in stock to come the next day as he will get from another store, went on Sunday and was told the manager was off today but the customer exec was ready to help , he asked if i had spoken to the customer care online and did say yes on the 13/02/2025 , as usual this is not the first time experience there were no notes on the system,
The exec said till I don't get confirmation from the online team he cannot do anything.
I called the 191 and spoke to shubhi , i explained to her everything, she took nearly 15 mins to get all the information , then she said sorry we cannot give you a dongle it will need to be sent for repair and i will have to pay for the repair costs as i have had the device for 8 months, i told i have not damaged it ,there is something wrong internally which is not my fault , she kept on saying no , i asked for a manger as i use this device for work purposes and will not be able to work as they were not giving me a replacement device while this one is sent for repair.
Do they understand my job is at risk if i don't work for 2 weeks as i will not have any internet, while selling their products they are very good and do all the promises on this earth.
I asked for a manager and she said oh he is busy , then i was very persistent and it took me good 10 mins to keep saying i want a manager , then she said to put the phone down as her manager will call , as they don't have a system of transferring call's , what kind of system is being run which shows their products dont work properly.
in the end the manager also refused to exchange and said can i help you with anything else which i think is so crazy , you cannot solve one issue and are ready to listen to other issues which again you cannot solve.
i have been a loyal customer with Vodafone for more then 14 years and this what they do, I am not happy with the service i received and wait for my contract to end and never use them again
will tell everyone DO NOT GET ANY INTERNET PRODUCTS FROM VODAFONE

I was having great difficulties with my last mobile phone operater, it was an impossible situation..until I walked in to Vodafone Windsor..the level of service and helpfulness was amazing. I left the shop happy, impressed and grateful thanks to an excellent manager who was working that day. I will now become a loyal customer of Vodafone thanks to this man.
