I have been a customer of Vodafone for 20+ years and this is by far the best service I have ever received in your woking branch.
I was looked after by Kat, who I believe is the manageress. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service.

Amazing service
Amazing service, the team is very nice especially Kat the manager and Kamilla. Very helpful and kind. It was a Saturday as well and busy store and they still went out their way to help me.

Positive experience
I was welcomed in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The manager proved to be extremely helpful and genuinely involved, making me feel welcome throughout the entire visit. Her professionalism and openness contributed greatly to the positive experience, and this was reflected in the attitude of the whole team. The other staff members were also respectful, attentive, and ready to help, which created an overall sense of comfort and trust. Overall, a very enjoyable experience in an environment where the customer truly matters. Highly recommend.

Super helpful and friendly staff……
Went into Vodafone after having trouble upgrading my contract online. The lady whose name is Kat was so lovely and helped me sort it out. She went through all different SIM card options with me and helped me choose one which was suitable for me. She also helped me with putting a spending cap on it so I couldn’t occur excess charges in the month. Would definitely return - thank you!

Hisham was exceptionally helpful in transferring from old to new phone, there were some difficult things to move but would not be defeated. Leon was at hand to assist who had come very highly recommended by my friend

Went in today and was served by Kamilla. She helped me understand the deal I was interested in and gave very knowledgeable advice. It was all explained in an easy and friendly manner, which put me at ease. Would recommend this store. Everyone always helpful and friendly.
