The store manager James was absolutely…
The store manager James was absolutely brilliant. He helped sort out a sim contract and a phone deal for my mum and dad after a poor experience with EE round the corner - after being with them years I’d expect better customer service but it was disappointing so I entered vodaphone and was greeted with such a better and warm experience.
All the lads in the store were great

Visited the Worksop store in hopes to buy a new phone, and was greeted by James. He was extremely helpful and explained everything really well to me as i was confused about a couple of things. He made the process simple and i walked away a happy customer🙂

I visited your Worksop store and was…
I visited your Worksop store and was met by the store manager, James. He was very welcoming on entering the store. He asked if I needed any help. Which I did. Offering me a seat he listened intently. Understanding my dilemma he began to explain different options on offer to me. He explained in great detail about the process. He also offered me an alternative mobile deal which I had not considered. After all he had explained and offered me, I accepted. James was very knowledgeable about all products. Friendly and understanding. An asset too the store.

I went to our local Vodafone store in…
I went to our local Vodafone store in Worksop with my wife to get ourselves a new phone upgrade, We both want to thank James the store manager for his service and help. He was very supportive and explained everything we needed to know, there was no pressure to rush making any decisions and the whole experience was a pleasure,we even got our broadband upgraded, many thanks Phillip and Ann
