Brilliant service from start to finish!
I had an excellent experience with this company. My sales agent Dennis was absolutely fantastic — helpful, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was spot on. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
My order (CDH-0000017429389521) arrived exactly as expected and in perfect condition. It’s rare these days to find customer service this good!

Great service in strore…
I only went in to enquire how the trade in process worked before completing it on line but when I went in Michelle said she was able to do it all for me in store today. She helped me to do the trade in tool talked me through the while process and then started the set up of my new phone and I came out with my new phone in the process of transferring all my data c from my existing phone which was complete by the time I got home.

Very unhelpfull
Went into vodafone shop in worksop because my 3 sim only deals ends soon I said I wanted to bring price down I have been with them since 2014 and not missed one payment I currently pay 2 at £28 and one at £ 34 that equals £90 the guys idea of af a good deal was to change 2 of the phone numbers and then the cost would be £30 per sim correct me iam wrong but that comes out at exactly the same price so not very helpful

Upgrade 5 star service
Visited Worksop store today for new contract and was supported through the process by Tyler and Dennis. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood all the details before signing. They also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final product. Overall , it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend them if you are wanting honest 5 star service.
