The best customer service I've ever had in any phone shop.Got best deals ever. Definitely coming back for another upgrade. The staff were absolutely helpful. Happy happy happy. They've just made my Christmas the best

Civic Store experience
Visited Civic Store 22/11/25 and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Can’t remember all the names but Rachel was one of them. They got me a great deal on a new phone, sorted me out with a sim for my young daughter and swapped my broadband to a cheaper deal which I hadn’t even thought to ask about. They offered us some Xmas chocolate and even gave me an ice cold drink to save me going to the shop. One of the best in store experiences I’ve had anywhere.
