Extremely unhelpful .....NO STARS !!

As noted at the time of purchase and in our refund policy, all e-gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. This is standard practice across the industry, and helps us ensure fairness and protect against misuse.
We completely understand how disappointing it is to make a purchase in error — especially when it's intended as a gift — but unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds for digital gift cards once issued.
If there's anything we can do to help make the most of the voucher or assist you further, we’d be happy to help.
Unresponsive customer service
By the 10th day after I placed my order I had received no package and no email other than "we'll let you know when your order has shipped." Per the Shop app, a delivery attempt had been made two days after my order. Fedex tracking stated that the delivery address was wrong and that the were working on it (the address was correct on my invoice, BTW). I emailed Voya customer service - no reply. Happily my order arrived a few days later, but a little information would have been nice.

I have looked into your order and I can see that order #VO2289 was placed on Sunday Jan 21 at 8:58 am, and as it was a Sunday, the order was dispatched Monday morning, by royal mail service (not UPS) and was delivered on Wednesday 24 January 2024 at 13:21.
I feel you may have mistaken our company, as we have not had any contact with you via email or our chat service. We are disheartened to read your review, as a small brand we really care about our review rating and all customer feedback.

I ordered a top which arrived, beautifully packaged, a couple of days later.
