I downloaded the Office on my PC and it worked for a bit before I reached out to them and said downloads were only compatible with Apple.
I know about 50 people wanting to stream this show again. They LIE and are not straightforward on their website.
I will continue to review until I get my $74.00 back on a joke and a lie!
Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I will not do business with Vudu again and I suggest others do not ever use the Vudu service. I have three coupons from recently purchased Ruku devices and they are not working. After contacting via phone 2 times and opening a ticket on the Vudu web support system, including uploading copies of the 3 coupons, Vudu still will not credit my account. They are closing the ticket! Based on the reviews I am reading and my own experience, Vudu is a company that wants to go out of business!

I can load everything perfect. all of their ads, previews, but my movies? not so much. won't load my movies. went to Netflix? loaded immediately, went to Hulu? loaded immediately. back to vudu? loading.

For $20 to rent a “Home Premiere” you have only 24 hours to watch it & it will shut off, regardless if you are already in the process of watching it (instead of stopping you from rewinding or starting over). What a greedy little group of thieves in these Covid lockdown days.

I have two negative experiences with vudu.. first I bought a movie from Walmart and was suppose to come with a digital copy printed on the receipt which did not print yet again (3rd time that’s happened to me) so this time I called vudu followed instructions and submitted my claim and they responded that I didn’t respond in time (which was right after I got off the phone with them) and said they would mark my case as solved and then never responded again... now I’ve been trying to update my account information for a few weeks online and it keeps automatically logging me out and won’t let me change my vudu password on my phone or computers... I mean vudu is just slack and pathetic all around... do better
4K Bluray Digital Code might be HDX
Got the run around that its not Vudu's fault if digital code doesnt work for UHD. I bought the 4K bluray with the Digital code but when claimed got the HDX. Beware, an UHD title might not be claimed. You will receive a HDX and Vudu says its the studios decision and to contact them.
Puchased about 15 digital instawatch…
Puchased about 15 digital instawatch movies from Ultracloud HD. These were early release movies that Vuvu aka Walmart sold. However when Walmart sold Vudu to Fandango they decide unilaterally to take instawatch movie out of movie collection. most of the movies were for grandchildren. Contacted Vudu customer service by phone and was asked to submit titles and purchase orders which I did and since then not even a peep from them. This is downright theft. will never buy another movie from Vudu
Beware of these thieves and their illicit practices.

Definitely one of the worst video streaming services. The way their sign in is set up is the most annoying way you could possibly design it. They also have charged me for videos that i couldn't watch because of technical difficulties on their end. Their customer service is atrocious and the only reason I ever try to use them is because of their vast movie options. Waiting on a company with the same movie options that well run them out of business. It shouldn't be too difficult.
Terrible company
Terrible company! Scammy and do not live up to their promises. I have been talking to their support via email since August (it is now december)... and they wont give me my $20 credit (I have two codes that have $10 each on them, and although there is no expiration, they are not working...) But VUDU has put me through the ringer trying to prove the validity of my $20. I have shown them so much proof and they just keep closing the ticket on me. Cant recommend enough to skip engaging with this company!
Buffer galore
We have extremely fast internet (300+mbs) and this service keeps stopping and buffering. We put on National Lampoon's Christmas in HD, but it stopped and said our service wasn't fast enough to stream this 3 minutes into the movie and suggested switching to SD. I switched it to SD and it STILL would buffer. However, with Netflix we can watch 4K movies on our 4K TV with 0 problems and no buffering. We will never rent through this service again.
This company is an utter scam
This company is an utter scam. One of the most despicable companies you could ever have the displeasure of dealing with. Do not sign up and never even give them your email address.

So... I guess... as it turns out... it streams fine from my phone to my tv. No more 99% buffering 1%stream time. Now 100% uninterupted steaming. (Dont know that thats how I should HAVE to acheive a proper function of the app or not but) good deal! Nevermind. Buffering back. So, as I see it, my purchases were made on walmarts watch. Walmart sold me ownership of a product and then -without my permission- doubled or tripled their profit by then selling vudu (and me right along with vudu) to another company, which has proceeded to turn that which I paid ‘walmart’ good money for - into something utterly useless. Do I got that right? Dont you owe me a refund WALMART?!!! And quite a heffy one, I might add

I ordered a movie and was charged and was not able to download the movie. When I complained my account was suspended and I never received my money back.
Waste of money
Vudu sucks! They give you the shortest amount of time to finish watching a movie when you rent it. Not even 24 hours! It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money!

My only problem with this app is how haven't you dropped the price of movies or rentals. 17.99 for 25 plus year old movie that is played for free anywhere else. Just saying if you don't want to go bankrupt lower price on movies and shows. If you dobt im pretty sure you lose about half in a month
Horrible app and the worst movies on earth.
Vudu has many very basic software problems. First of all, when you click on a free movie to see what it's all about and try to go back, you must restart from the beginning of your movie search. The other issue, is the movies freeze up and kick you out of the movie your are watching. The app says there is an error and you must start all over again. On top of that almost all of the movies are horror movies and very stupid. I wonder how on earth Hollywood can make so many third rate movies and they all end up on Vudu. This is just a horrible movie streaming service.
