Great service start to finish and very reasonable rental rates compare to other provider. No gimmicks i.e extra surprises with high excess insurance 2k, 3k and plus more than 50% additional insurance cost top of rental charge which some other car rental try hard sales.

Fantastic service and price. Easy to book, good choice of cars with friendly and efficient service. Price is half of the likes of Enterprise and Thrifty with no mileage limit. Plus you are effectively test driving your next potential car. Will 100% use again.

I stumbled on VWFS car rental whilst looking for local car rental for family weekend away while my car was being repaired. I found their website easy to navigate and my nearest location had the full range of Skoda cars available at short notice. The price was competitive and booking easy. Shortly after booking I got a phone call from Israr at the depot to confirm pick-up time. He was a real star! He made me feel welcome and the process of registering and pick-up simple and quick, whilst making sure I understood the conditions of the rental. He made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle controls without being condescending. Overall a fantastic experience that the major Car Hire companies might learn a lot from!
