Excellent rental experience. Sunil very helpful throughout, absolutely no hard sell of add ons etc. Car you reserve is the car you receive not a car similar to as with other rental firms. Very reasonably rental and likewise unlike others they only rent a car if they physically have it available. Car was in great condition. Very happily recommend and would use in the future.

Rave Reviews! Brilliant, honest service from start to finish. I rented 3 VW ID3s for my wedding. From the very start the Rental Manager Sunil went above and beyond to accommodate my fairly demanding asks - he secured an extra ID3 from another dealership (only 2 were actually available for rental, he added the 3rd specially), let me add additional drivers even on the day of collection and talked me through the paperwork so I could minimise the hassle for my guests that were collecting/driving the cars. Unfortunately we had a fault with one car that meant it needed towing away, even then the AA coverage and customer service was so quick and flexible that it all got resolved within 2 hours. Then drop off was absolutely seamless. A great experience and strong value.

It was such a positive experience renting a car through Sunil at Vindis Cambridge. He was friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The car we rented was basically brand new (had only done 300 miles) and was perfect for us. Would highly recommend.

Great, smooth and helpful customer service, from booking, to pick-up, to return. Very decent car, the ID.3, provided at a reasonable rental price - gave us opportunity to experience driving and using such an EV, for over a week.

Reasonable pricing for vehicle hire. Car in great condition and manager Sunil was very reasonble with return time. No add-on charges, no pushing of unnecessary insurance and so forth. Sunil is great at what he does and reassuring if you're not sure about certain things. Would recommend.

Disappointing that the £500 deposit was charged on day of collection, which is entirely fair, but more than 48 hours after return, no sign if it. C
Clearly staff more keen to take than to return money.
I was told ok to go, deposit would be automatically refunded to me, no timeframe given.
Still waiting.

Hired a VW Tiguan for the day for a business trip. The car was very nice, felt brand new. Service was excellent, picking up/dropping off was quick and hassle free. Will be using this service for any future business trips.
