VWFS Rent-a-Car - Derby Avis 

The van is a brand new one which is perfect for moving home.

It is highly recommended except one thing I forgot to ask when returning it about the refund of deposit, please let me know when it will be refunded.

Needed to hire a van for work for 2 weekends on the trot after my car broke down. Initially booked one online through a different company only for them to ring & say they hadn't got one for a week. Tried several others from a Google search with no luck until I tried VWFS. Simple process to book online & saved me £90 compared to that first booking. Tom was very friendly & the van I had only had 8 miles on the clock. I won't be going anywhere else to hire a van in the future.

The service was quick. The car was very comfortable and clean. Needs new wipers however it was very cost effective and hardly used any fuel

I arranged to hire a van from VWFS and it went through smoothly. When I went to collect the van at the appointed time it was ready. The usual checks were carried out which didn't take too long. The van was clean and tidy and easy to drive. Overall, very pleased with the efficient customer service.

I booked a 3 day car hire. The price was very competititive compared to others. Very helpful and pleasant staff at collection and drop off. The car was in very good order. I will degfinitiely use them again and recommend them. My only other feedback would be that it would be good if you could take America Express as a peyment / deposit method. Many thanks

Great customer service from Saj at Derby Parkway VW.
The minibus was clean & tidy, with plenty of room for everyone & our luggage.
Only a few niggles really. The rear seats could have been a bit more comfortable though, but maybe that's due to the fact our cars have a comfort mode for the suspension ! The Booking & returns process was easy. We used our own Apple Maps (others are available) it connected & worked perfectly with the minibus' infotainment system.
We will definitely book again.
