VWFS Rent-a-Car - Kettering Avis 

Booking was easy. I had some queries before booking and Nick at VW called me back to clarify those. On the day of pick up, it was all well arranged and ready, staff were quite friendly and helpful. Vehicle was in clean condition and Nick came out to show all the vehicle.controls and ensure everything was ok. Return was similarly a pleasant experience.

VERY friendly . upgraded to a new car at no extra cost.
booked again for another car. Did not realise VW rented cars out much better than the big rental brands.

Absolutely brilliant service brilliant car and lads at Kettering extremely helpful hired a polo for a trip to Holland only gripe I had on the internet it said unlimited mileage ( why we chose it ) and that really wasn’t as charged £100+ in over mileage but I guess it’s one of those things

Absolutely spot on! Needed a short notice hire van after being let down by one of the big national companies. Parkway VW in kettering came to the rescue with an easy booking system, great communication and a beautiful silver Crafter van. Everything was perfect and just what we needed. Not the cheapest; but you get what you pay for. I will happily use them again.

From the time my car broke down to the time I was on the road again to meet a flight at Stansted wax 40minutes….this has got to be some sort of record!
All the more so having been told by Enterprise that there was no other car hire company in Kettering, extraordinary, especially as it is blatant untrue, but also that the phone was answered promptly and every assistance given to help me!

Have used this branch in Kettering for several times now. Really pleased with the quality of customer service. Answered all of the questions, really friendly and helpful. Even with additional requests as extra day for rent was not an issue. Extended my contract in timely manner.
Cars are always the best quality and never had any issues.
The prices are the friendliest in the area.
