Superb service from Mark, made this the easiest vehicle hire i've ever done.
The van was perfect for what we needed it for and was imacculate.

Exceptional service as ever. Mark's customer service is second to none. The vans are always immaculate and sometimes fresh out of the showroom. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I would never rent from anywhere else.

So glad I decided to try VW van hire at Trafford Park for my van hire. Mark is superb and the 5 stars is not only for the brand new van I got to drive, not only for the extremely good rates they charge, but mainly for fantastic service Mark provides - a totally relaxing and unique rental experience. Definitely know where to go go in the future.

Great service from booking to drop off! Mark was very professional and attentive and confirmed my booking over the phone. The van was ready on collection and in immaculate condition making the whole rental experience an absolute doddle! Thank You and will definitely be renting again! 😁

Outstanding service
This is without a doubt the best place to hire a people carrier. Great vehicle, really good price. Best of all was the customer service - Mark went above and beyond, and if you’ve got an employee of the week/month/year award then he should have it. He’s outstanding.

Super hire
Hired a van from Mark for 2 weeks to take us to the Isle of Mull, whole experience was smooth from start to finish and Mark was great and very helpful throughout. Will definitely return if we need a van in the future.

California Ocean on Try Before You Buy
I had a California Ocean for 3 days on the VW “Try before you Buy” scheme. Mark at VW Commercial Manchester was most helpful and accommodating. It was a smooth and pleasant rental experience - it was simply not like renting at an airport abroad. And I am almost certainly going to buy as a result of the hire. Thanks for a great experience
