As ever excellent service. Car was spotless very easy handover etc. A LOT Cheaper than any other companies looked at for comparisons.
Zero hidden extras. Definately recomend

Great car, lovely staff. Easy to book online. Took a while at pick up because it was so busy but was given a free upgrade from T-Cross to T-Roc. Great to know you're getting a quality car when you book rather than the random pick you often end up with from a generic rental company. Will definitely use again.

This is my third time renting from VFWS Solihull. All have been wonderful. Helen Jamieson is outstanding to work with, fun to talk to, and extremely efficient. She makes me feel very welcome, and I have rented 100s of cars over the years and haven't gotten that. Every time I go to England I will continue to come back to see her and rent a car! I have recommended this business to all my American friends who go on holiday there. The cars are always in great shape, and they don't charge a premium for an automatic transmission. I have nothing but great things to say about Helen and VWFS. Makes me want to buy a VW, but I live in America so can't buy one from you!

Excellent customer service and great vehicles. They were flexible with timings which was very helpful to us, and went the extra mile to pick us up when the taxi dropped us off at the wrong end of a long road! Prompt and efficient service both at pick up and drop off.

Helen at Johnsons VW was an absolute pleasure to deal with. After having trouble with my van and being over 100 miles from home I was back on the road in no time until the van was fixed. I highly recommend them if you ever need a car fast with minimal fuss.

Helen at VWFS rentals was extremely helpful and stayed late to get me sorted and on the road at short notice. Seems to be a delay in getting my deposit back though, which funnily enough there wasn’t a delay with it being taken from my account 😂.
Helen processed my deposit as soon as I took the car back so it’s the BACS process that’s dragging and nothing caused by VW.

A big thank you to the whole Rent-a-car team at Johnson's Solihull, they were really helpful and obliging. I had been involved in a vehicle break down incident and was feeling very stressed. So grateful that this was available as an option and meant I could easily get home. The process itself was really simple and quick and although the vehicle was booked for a week, I brought it back early and had a deduction applied for only the required number of days.

We frequently hire a car for our holidays from Solihull and are always welcomed with smiles. The ease of hiring a car and the cusomter service is brilliant! Helen is so helpful and knows what we want and need now, it is just a fabulous experience to start our holidays!
