Annie was amazing from the offset. There was no question too silly and she was able to guide me through the process to book. We booked a multivan for a Europe trip. It was comfortable and easy to drive. The paperwork was in place for travel with no problems.

It was easy to collect and drop the vehicle back off. There were no issues with either process. Our car was safe on the carpark too.

We have just returned from a short trip to Ireland, I would just like to say how helpful and professional the rental went, that’s all thanks to Annie, who went above and beyond to make this trip possible, I would highly recommend VW Rental for any customers wanting a top class service, thank you very much, J.D.

The service I received was outstanding. Annie the lady I dealt with was so lovely and easy going. She went out of her way to give me a really good service. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and ready for collection. On the whole very happy with the service and would use them again.
