VWFS Rent-a-Car - Stoke Avis 

Rented a Tiguan 7 seater for the weekend to take the family out, fantastic experience would highly recommend! The whole experience was super smooth thanks to Joshua who explained everything I needed to know about the process as I’ve never rented a car before, great service!

I hired an automatic VW polo from the Stoke branch for 5 days. Josh who dealt with me was a very polite and friendly person. He was very helpful, making sure that I was comfortable with the workings of the car before driving it. He was very professional and thorough pointing out any marks on the car before I accepted it and checking that I had been happy with the car once I returned it.

I've used Stoke VW rental quite a few times and they've always been professional, courteous and very competitive. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing experience and the hire car was unreal I was really surprised with the VW Polo, my normal drive is an X3 3.0d but this polo really impressed me. Spotlessly clean and very well kept vehicles. The front desk girl was brilliant got us on the way in a timely manor. We were early for our appt so had to wait a little but that was not her fault. Highly recommend and I will be using again.

VWFS car rental is by far the best out there, the prices are very reasonable and the service is outstanding. Emma at the Stoke branch is nothing short of fantastic, so.easy to deal with, great customer service skills and she has been extremely flexible with my rentals. She is an asset to Johnsons and the VW group.
