Sessions with Stewart at W5
Been to see Stewart twice (separately for a pulled hamstring and back pain). His physiotherapy and advice on stretches/exercises to perform have helped a lot on both issues. Also very friendly and makes you feel at ease during sessions. So worth paying Stewart a visit to speed up recovery and feel confident about returning to exercise after an injury!

Great help recovering from sports injury
I’ve been seeing Stewart at W5 Physio for tendonitis and spinal disc issues and he has helped a great deal. Practical advice and exercises, as well as physical therapy when needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend to get you back on your feet after a sports injury.

Antonis provided a great service
Antonis provided a great service, he guided me through each exercise to improve my knee and the app with the exercise demonstrations was really clear. Highly recommended!

Friendly and great at what they do!
Stewart came highly recommended and I now know why - he was able to diagnose my symptoms immediately and we are now on a path to full recovery and rotational movement.
Great experience and Ii would highly recommend!

Great team of highly skilled Physiotherapists
I have been using W5 physio for 9 years and always their physio’s and admin staff are brilliant. My main physio there is Stewart. He has a holistic approach to back care, always advises on best exercise on top of actual physiotherapy.
