Wallpaper batch number
I sent an email, outside of office hours as I needed to purchase some more wallpaper and needed a specific batch number. A lady rang me back quite quickly, she had checked the batch numbers and rang me back to say that they had the wallpaper in stock. What amazing and efficient customer service. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to my friends. One happy customer

Fabulous to deal with
The team at wallpaper sales were so helpful on the phone so that I could place an order for some flock wallpaper, they spent plenty time with me checking stock and batch codes to ensure I could get what I needed, and also suggested alternative patterns for the same price, they were also able to ensure that my order would be shipped that day as I needed it urgently. they were so lovely and helpful I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Spoke to a lady called Linda regarding purchasing several rolls of wallpaper and she was nothing but rude. Did not purchase and would not recommend anyone spending money with this company.

Excellent personal service
I placed my order for wallpaper and emulsion paint by phone. I was dealt with by Linda who could not have been more helpful, particularly as she had to further investigate the availability of the paint I wanted. She promised to call me back in ten minutes which she promptly did and all was resolved. Excellent service
