Ordered a lovely wallpaper , delivered within 2 days, didn't decorate dining room for about 4 weeks , but unsure if we needed more rang to see if they had the same batch number , unsure but got back to us the same day ordered another 2 rolls which arrived quickly.
Needed a complimentary wallpaper, staff were so helpful sent samples out , again ordered 4 rolls

I ordered the wallpaper sample 9 days ago. The tracking showed it wasn't posted for 7 days. I'm still waiting for it's arrival.
It has not inspired me to place an order with this company.

Amazing customer service! I placed an order then realised it was not what I wanted so attempted to cancel my order, the response was so quick but unfortunately the order has been processed. I then received an email saying they had managed to chase the order and cancelled it for me with a full refund and they even called and left me a voicemail. Seriously impressed with the customer service, something you don't get often. Thank you and I will definitely reorder in the future.

At my decorators estimate, I ordered 9 rolls of wallpaper from these guys. Unfortunately, my decorator couldn't make his original date to get to us as his baby arrived early and Wife needed him at home. Upon his completion of the job we found there to be 4 rolls over. (Granted, this is not the fault of Wallpaper Sales. I accept that.)
Now, this was 3 days after the 30 day return period.
I politely emailed the team about a return and was refused, so I emailed again asking to appeal to their better nature as this was expensive paper and obviously, I can't put it to any other use.. I had pointed out that it was for reasons beyond our control but again, they refused a return and stated that even if they did take it back, which they wouldn't, that I would be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
They also pointed out that they should have been notified of any potential returns within 14 days - I hadn't read this obviously at the time of order but really? 2 weeks? Who even does this?
Granted, the fault does not all lay with Wallpaper Sales, they didn't make me over order after all, however, 2 weeks to get the paper delivered on time and actually on to the wall is not very much.
Such a shame to write this review and the paper is lovely, as advertised and looks great on the walls. The 4 rolls I have remaining look not so good stuck in a box wondering what it's life purpose is!
I can't see why they would not accept it, unfortunately, life happens to people, babies come early, dates get changed.. They could have resold the wallpaper whereas I am going to have to tip it! (£752 worth I might add that they actually could have re-sold and made £188 on the restock fee)
I wish that people were still nice to each other and that good customer service was a standard...
I won't shop with you again I'm afraid and urge others to check the returns policies, check your decorator isn't due a baby or anything else that could get in the way of a 2 week deadline!

Edited after reply to confirm my online order states return window of 13th May and that my contact to you was just 3 days over.

Very punctual, they are working with UPS. Got into a return with one of our latest order, it also went quite well so far.

Not sure how but there was an error in the delivery address, it was a combination of my home address & an old work address & it wasn’t spotted by me until I received the email that my wallpaper was being delivered & the incorrect address. I emailed & got given excellent service. I had a phone call as well with a very friendly and helpful member of staff. I also dealt with other members of staff trying to get the issue sorted and every single person was on the ball and knew what had happened and went out of their way to ensure the wallpaper was delivered to me at the correct address. The customer service was excellent & I was extremely impressed.

Returned 3 rolls of wallpaper and returned them as no longer needed. The company took £32 handling fee off the refund and also said you are responsible for paying postage which was £15 cheapest option.
Would never order from this company again as very poor service and don’t want to listen to you if you call them.
Many other wallpaper online shops out there which don’t rip people off charging ridiculous handling fees .
Would NOT recommend this company at all

Fast efficient delivery

I ordered some wallpaper in early April and received an e mail advising a delay to my order until the end of April. I was due to go on holiday on the date it was due in so i contacted the company and asked if my delivery could be dispatched after i returned. They replied promptly by e mail that it was not a problem and true to their word advised me on the day i returned it had been dispatched. My wallpaper arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and competative price for the wallpaper.
