Placed an order and tried to return within the 14-day window. Retorn portal was not working and showing error messages. Contacted customer service last week and no reply, have messaged on Instagram and emailed again as will need to do a charge back on my credit card if no reply in next few days. A tiring experience. Order number 154928. Still keen to return item and get full refund.

I ordered a dress for £80, which was lovely, and was very happy with. However, I washed it according to the washing instructions and the dye came out of the dress in parts. I’ve emailed numerous times asking for a refund or resolution as the dress is faulty, to be ignored constantly. I wanted this dress for upcoming social occasions and am very disappointed at the lack of customer service. I have provided images and a full explanation of what’s Happened. I’ve now emailed 3 times with no response. This is the first time ordering from this brand, and I’ve lost confidence in ordering again.

Hate to be leaving a negative review but I bought a dress from Wanderdoll. Attempted to return the dress and the returns portal wasn’t working so I emailed them within the return window. I received no response and have since sent further emails and contacted them using the website and Tik tok but I am yet to receive a response. It is a lovely dress and there is nothing wrong with it, I just wanted to return it as they are not cheap dresses.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wander Doll.
I placed Order #156140 for a bodysuit and matching maxi skirt, but when the order arrived, it contained two skirts and no bodysuit. I contacted customer service immediately on 21st May to report the fulfilment error and request that the missing item be sent.
After receiving no response, I followed up again on 28th May and returned the incorrectly supplied item through their returns process at my own expense. I asked for confirmation of receipt, an update on the missing bodysuit, and reimbursement of the return postage caused by their mistake.
Despite multiple emails over a period of more than two weeks, I received no response whatsoever. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for confirmation that my return has been received, clarification on whether the missing item will be supplied, and reimbursement of the additional costs I have incurred.
Mistakes can happen with any retailer, but the complete lack of customer service and communication when trying to resolve the issue has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wander Doll and would be reluctant to order from them ever again. Please be aware if you are considering a purchase.

Unfortunately a dress I ordered had a dodgy zip but this wasn’t found out until I wore the dress before the party. Therefore the return period had ran out. I contacted the team on instagram and got an instant reply with them promptly finding out the problem and refunding the full amount. Very impressed.

Amazing customer service from Wanderdoll! I purchased a dress but I was on holiday when it was delivered, I missed the deadline to return it and I spoken with the team via Instagram and Olivia was so kind to help me and offer me an extension in returning the dress. It was a gorgeous dress but a little bit long for me. I can return my dress and in future I’d be happy to order another dress or two piece as Wanderdoll’s clothes are beautiful quality.

Terrible customer service. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times and still heard nothing back. After reading other people’s reviews it looks like this is a common occurrence.
Even after leaving a review, they reply back to ask for further details and make out as if they are going to look into your query but still do not. I will now be taking this up with my bank as this should not be allowed.

Don’t bother ordering directly. There is absolutely no communication from their customer service team. I have emailed them 5 times to no response. I even emailed from my gmail account just incase there was an issue like they have highlighted in responses to other people feedback on here. If you are going to order definitely size down and also order from ASOS.

I absolutely adore this brand! I purchased 2 dresses for 2 weddings that I had coming up and I am just obsessed with both of them, the quality of the dresses were just amazing, they fit perfectly so flattering & are just beautiful- I had so many compliments! My dress arrived with a faint mark on the back. I sent this to the brand the moment I opened the parcel. The brand insinuated that I must have marked it and that it couldn’t have possibly happened on their end. I would have been happy with an exchange but the brand refused to take the dress back. Very disappointing way to treat a customer.

EDIT: This top was worn for my hen do with the intention of wearing for the evening of my night do. I took the top to the dry cleaners as the label says to be cleaned and the top is wrecked! The dry cleaners followed all of the instructions on the label. This top should not be a one hit wonder for the price and now with getting married next month I have the expense of buying a new outfit. I have contacted customer services and have not received any response. Save your money!!
I have bought the most beautiful top from yourselves. The quality, the fit, everything about this beautiful piece is perfect. I cannot wait to wear it on my hen do next weekend and I can’t thank you enough for making clothes that have made me feel so special. From a bride to be, thank you! X

Absolutely appalled with the customer service from Wanderdoll. I ordered an item which arrived dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. I returned it expecting a refund or replacement, only for the item to be sent straight back to me with absolutely no communication whatsoever.
No email, no explanation, no update — it just turned up back at my door. Receiving a dirty item in the first place was unacceptable, but the complete lack of customer service and communication has made the experience even worse. Really disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I have never experienced customer service this bad. Please read!! I literally feel like I have been scammed and reading the other reviews this doesn’t seem like the first occasion the company has behaved like this. I ordered a few things from wander-doll (not my first time ordering I have ordered stuff and kept it in the past) in a couple of different sizes and none of the items fit me correctly. I registered all items for return and sent them all back, only to received a partial refund, which confused me as I was expecting a full refund as I sent ALL of the items back.
This has happened to me before with other brands, and it has been resolved quickly and easily so I just thought it was a mistake. I emailed wander-dolls customer service only to be told that not all items where in the parcel, and the customer service representative ‘remembers’ unpacking my exact parcel and that all the items where not included.
When I fought back and said I categorically posted all of the items in the parcel so this must be some sort of mistake, she repeatedly told me that she remembers unpacking this parcel and I cannot receive a refund for something that I didn’t send back- but I did!!! I asked for their proof and received a screen shot of a system that just said the item wasn't present!
I do not have the item, and am now £50 down and received the worst customer service I have ever ever received!! I was basically called a liar and there was absolutely no admittance that this could have been a mistake on their part or the parcel carriers part. I was blamed and left £50 short for something I do not have.
I have been a previous customer of wander-doll and have items of their clothing in my wardrobe. I can categorically say I will never shop here again. Leaving a loyal customer £50 down and providing absolutely no solid customer service is just awful.

Their reviews speak VOLUMES! Read every bad review and trust it!!! They’re flagging every review I write to be removed so they look like the perfect company. They’re nothing but scammers, do not order from them! Cheap horrible faulty clothes they won’t refund you for and blame you for the faults!
Avoid at all costs! Shocking customer service, faulty cheap horrible clothing & they flag your reviews daily until it gets removed to hide the fact they are nothing but scammers!
