The watch was coming 4 days late and ques what, wrong color scheme. Called (person on phone was pleasant) would send another one but ques what, same mistake again. Called Watch Co again (a little less friendly) and again the answer was apologetic and ques, I am still waiting at august 8 or do I!

Watchco isn't a bad company to shop from. Bought a watch for my boyfriend and he loved it. It was money well spent. Hopefully I'll get to shop here again

I have purchased from WatchCo on several occasions and each time they have full filled my order timely and with the correct item. Have never had a problem.

I was able to find a exact replacement watch band for my son's favorite watch.

I've received multiple emails since placing the order. They repeat themselves and none of them have actually provided any information on my shipment status or tracking information. I've been on the website and there is also no information available on there. Instead of spamming me with emails, it would be nice to receive actually information about my order and for it to arrive on time (I still don't know where it is...).

Update - Since writing this review the item was received and the customer service did apologise for the confusion and as a nice gesture, refunded the cost. However, in doing so, they requested that I reconsider this review and then sent multiple emails, asking what else it would take to make me reconsider my review. Quote from their email below:

"Is there anything else I can do for you to make your interaction with us significantly better? Just name it! :) Please let me know at your earliest convenience. All that we would ask is that you reconsider your review of our company."

This is obviously nice of them to offer, but also a very strange form of customer service. The refund and offer is not being done out of good will, but purely to make their rating/review look better. The issue has been resolved and I don't need any other items and do not wish to interact with them anymore. Instead I am receiving nonstop emails (7 at last count) asking this question.

I would have updated the review however, their nonstop emails and misdirected attempts at customer service deserve to be noted as a review in itself.

I'm a Japanese and live in Japan. At first, I did'nt have much confidence to purchase a watch from a foreign online shop. However, stuffs of this shop served gently and kindly. One point that I hope for this shop is making a way to ship to Japan dilectly. (For now, it is necessary to be mediated by a broker, if you live in japan and want products shipped to Japan. )

This is the second purchase I have made on both occasions I ordered more than one watch. As with my first purchase the watches were exactly as described and expected. I now have a choice for nearly every day of the week or mood or fashion. The delivery time was as advised and all in tact. Very very happy

Lack of communication

ordered watch on line received with in two weeks.Now have worn the watch now for seven months. I am very hard on every thing, and totally abused this watch.I broke the crystal, hit it on something? I new it wasn't covered under warranty but wanted to have it repaired,so i sent it in.About a week later I received it back with new crystal,seal and vacuumed down, they even cleaned it. It looks brand new, at no cost. I cant believe it was free. I love this watch and this company.Thank you REACTOR!!!!
