Strap supplied was totally different from what supplied. Too small for my watch, even though I used the reference number on my watch. Would not recommend.

1st time last time
Purchased a watch for my daughters 13th Bday. I should say, or so i thought. Recieved email with order confirmation. Credit card shows transaction, yet item never shipped. Watcho rep was rude and condescending, claiming it wasn't their issue, and nothing he could do.
Chalk this up, as one of the worst online experiences ever. 1st attemp, definitely last as well.

I am very sorry that you had this experience! Your order was canceled because it was red-flagged by your credit card company, and the pre-authorization was voided. No funds were ever captured--can you contact your credit card company to find out why they have not released them to you? We wish there was something further could do, but we don't have any funds from you. :(

I found just the watch I've been looking for.
I collect toy farm tractors and I found the color watch to match them and
also the brand I like. Green and Yellow and it's a Casio. Very pleased with my purchase. Watch Co. has many great styles and watches for men.

Almost excellent service.
Excellent service even though the incorrect item was sent. The watch was correct but the strap was wrong. After looking at the watch with the metal strap I decided to keep it and not exchange for the originally ordered watch w/leather strap. Watch is great looking and is more than I expected with the metal strap.

Ten day wait to hear my order had been cancelled
Terrible experience. After a ten day wait I contacted the WatchCo as I had heard nothing about the delivery details of my order, only to be told that my order had been cancelled (without any notification) because my shipping address did not match my VISA file address. I was not contacted to correct the problem. I did receive this Trustpilot survey and a Norton Shopping Guarantee(!) on the day I placed my order electronically. Very frustrating!!!

I am very sorry you did not receive our first email, which was sent to you four hours after you placed your order. We tried calling the phone number you provided to us multiple times and always received a "this number is no longer in service" message. Both billing addresses you have provided for this order do not match the one on your account according to your credit card company as well. We emailed you on this multiple times and never got a response, so we were forced to assume this was a fraudulent order. We have offered a discount for your trouble if you replace the order with PayPal or if you can verify your identity, but we have not received a response to that, either. Please let us know what we can do to improve your experience with us.

Good experience
Good reliable service. Items came as ordered and on time. One slight exception, one of the boxes came a bit damaged, but the contents was okay. I would purchase from this company again.

Great company to buy from. Their customer service is outstanding, friendly and professional. They addressed any and all the issues I had. I had my concerns about whether they were reputable authorized dealer for the timepieces they represent on in thier website. But rest assure, one of their customer service personnel, I believe his name is Eric addressed them and assured me they are an authorized dealer for all the timepieces they offer. After knowing that, I made the purchase right away. I would certainly give them a try. Great experience! I would buy from them again, without any hesitation. Keep up the great work, guys !!!

Problem Solved....
Before Christmas we had an experience with this company that was not very pleasant. Based on my initial experience with the company I ordered from another company a similar watch. I then wrote a review that reflected a 'one star.'
Afterwards the customer service rep, Eric, reached out to me because he saw the difficulty I had and he offered to send me a watch of my choice for the trouble that I had with the order.
Just received the watch - very pleased with the watch, the follow-up service, and especially Eric in customer service who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that this customer was satisfied!

order not received
ordered a watch on the 12/12 and havent received it yet, was told that it will come in 10 days but its not here yet. Called the office and was told to wait for 2 more days or email them but no reply yet. Running out of patients now. Please do something or refund the money, i spend $103.50 + shipping $14.99
