Impeccable service. I placed my order Friday night and I got a reply Saturday morning. The watch arrived in Stockholm, with everything agreed on, Tuesday morning. Upon opening I could just confirm that the watch was in excellent condition and better IRL. Very satisfied. Now, I did not have any complaints nor questions, but had that been the case, they had clear info on how to get in touch. This together with a close dialogue/customer support, created a strong sense of trust and service - erasing the worries otherwise maybe associated with online shopping.

A really great service when I bought my first classic watch, I was kept fully informed about what to expect in terms of timing of delivery etc. The watch I bought was every bit as beautiful as it was shown on the site - I couldn’t be happier with the watch or the service I received- I will definitely go to Sutton’s next time I’m looking for a watch
