Buyer beware. They tried to scam me by putting the wrong dial in my IWC. The watchmaker damaged it while doing a cleaning. What they failed to realize is that I know my watch. scammers! Tried pull a fast one on me. Do not trust this company the owner is a thief.

My Ulysse nardin watch, i did receive, however they removed my comment on their website, also the strap broke during my holiday and after sending them a text never received any feedback. Also the watch doesn`t charge normally. Sometimes it just stops running even when i were it. Mostly the fact they don`t even respond to complains would be a reason never to do business again with them.

Bought a used Omega Chronoscope at WatchuWant. From start of inquiry to watch arrival, the process was flawless. Dealt with Peter. He replied within a couple of hours to inquires even at night when I'm in the Pacific NW and he's in Florida. Pricing was a little bit higher than other potential sales sites (eBay, Chrono24, etc) but the service and comfort levels of dealing with a reputable sales site is worth a slight premium in my mind. Plus, it wasn't much different in the end as Peter worked with me on shipping and using a CC. Watch arrived overnight and packaged professionally. And watch was exactly as described. Even the time was set to my time zone. I would not hesitate to buy another watch from WatchuWant. No worries on authenticity or being treated professionally. Good sales channel.

Customer service was prompt, and friendly enough. I was called just a day after I submitted my information. They are sales people overall, so you will feel that salesperson attitude coming from their speech, but not too much. Overall a nice experience, and that is where the 3 stars come from.

I recently tried to sell a few watches to them, modern luxury time pieces, like new in box. Look, I understand that there is overhead to be paid, profit margins, ect, but man I was low balled. I knew for a fact my most depreciated time piece was worth at least $2000, and my most valuable one worth $2600.

I was offered $1000 a piece. Incredibly, a local pawn shop offered me $1500 for my most devalued watch. I declined politely and the tone became predictably icy and our dealings were abruptly ended.

I should go on to mention that with a little bit of work I was able to sell online to private parties for the full value of my time pieces. I should also mention that their used inventory is priced near or at what new time pieces cost online. If you're looking to unload very quickly, no hassle, then these are the guys for you. Just know you will be getting poor value for your watches.
