We contacted WD about a blockage and Paul came the next morning to unblock the drain a task not made easy by our builders disposing of concrete and debris down the pipe but Paul wouldn't give up till it was all clear I would definitely recommend WD without hesitation

Had an issue with a blocked drain and contacted WD Drainservices on the Bank Holiday Saturday. They called around on the Sunday Bank Holiday and identified the problem as requiring major attention.
Paul contacted me to discuss the issue and provided a quote within a few hours and arranged to prioritise the work for the Tuesday.
The guys turned up on time and carried out the removal and replacement of the damaged drains and removed all of the waste debris. All done in one day as promised. A couple of adjustments to the above ground pipe work was identified and Paul arranged for the work to be done the next day. In fact one alteration was done within 3 hrs of making the call.
You could not ask for a better standard of response from Paul and the team who have done a great job and I would highly recommended.

Contacted WD Drains as toilet blocked. Antony came round am of next day, explained problem and rectified it. Checked with camera after fixing to check all ok.

Big thank you to WD drain services after ringing round number of company’s and being messed around I called WD drain services spoke to Emily they talked me through everything booked me for my drain unblocked the same day the engineer arrived within couple of hours and talked me through everything and cleared my blocked Drain also showed me my drain with the camera told me exactly the fault in my drain and why it was blocking. Couldn’t recommend them enough definitely will use them again in future

Had a blocked toilet… Rang WD Drain services…. Prompt reply …Anthony arrived late afternoon after a struggle to get here because of traffic… sorted the job out no bother .. wasn’t easy but never complained… talked me through step by step and showed me on camera a dropped pipe underground which now needs fixing ..which was causing the blockage!
Also cleaned up after himself! … so would highly recommend this company and would use again … 5* s

Paul was great! Messaged me in advance with a time frame. He was very personable and we had a good chat whilst he was fixing the issue. The problem was easily found and drain unblocked within minutes. Highly recommend!

My Parents had a blocked toilet drain and when I called Paul he explained everything very clearly. He went through the options and was completely upfront about the cost and there were no extra or hidden charges. He answered any questions I had and once booked in the engineer arrived on time and got to work straight away. Call out arranged via text message, so was a bit dubios but the engineer came out as arranged, he even sent a text message to confirm he was on his way.
Unblocked the outside drain and checked there were no other blockages.

Brilliant! Booked in with them to sort a slow draining toilet, came out the next day, drain cleared in less than half hour! Was given a fixed and very reasonable price, would recommend and use again.

WD Drains called to survey my drain issue the following day following my phone call. Despite the issue being logistically difficult to reach, they quickly identified the problem and fixed it within a week. Their team were extremely hard working and very conscientious. From 1st phone call right the way through to clearing the drain, all communication was 1st class, fair pricing and went above and beyond to solve the issue at my mums house.

Got WD in to perform a CCTV survey for me on a property I was buying as there was a blockage and I wanted to investigate further. The office was professional and quick to reply to emails. Paul that performed the survey was absolutely brilliant, answered my phone calls and answered all my queries. He also sent me the report that had all images of the displacements in the joints and the footage as well. Will 100% be using WD for any further work in future.
