My boiler failed first thing Monday morning. I called a few contractors and Doekle said he could come by after lunch and take a look - after the visit it was clear that the boiler had reached the end of its life and needed to be decommissioned safely.

Doekle managed to move his busy schedule around to minimise the amount of time we were without hot water and 48 hours later we had a whole new boiler system installed. It wasn't just the speed of getting us a solution, his communication was excellent and every promise he made he delivered on. However the thing that really impressed me was the quality of his craftsmanship - some people think a plumber is a plumber but his pipework and joints are very neat and tidy and he clearly has very high standards for his own work. He is openly priced at the higher end of the market but in this day and age it's so refreshing to find someone so dedicated to their customers and their work that makes him worth every penny. Doekle is the friendliest and fastest craftsman I have ever encountered. Such a pleasant experience. He fixed the fault in 10 minutes, something I wasted my time on for hours. But he did not rush, definitely made sure it all works. His attitude made the whole repair fun and I was more than glad to spend money on their services. I can only recommend We’ll fix it and will definitely hire Doekle again if I have any issues.
