The Welsh Truffle Company Avis

First class experience all round. My specific requirements were taken care of with great care and attention. As this was a gift I haven't tasted the product yet but the feedback was so good I've just placed a repeat order for myself! A big thank you to Matt and the team.

Amazing truffles
Amazing people

Wonderful service! Bought some gifts from these folks. Truly fantastic truffles

A really personal and professional business and service. One that we used to get in "the good old days" when the customer comes first and foremost. This family exude traditional values when talking on the telephone or when messaging with regards to advice on the care of their products and that they reach you in prime condition.
I had never bought, prepared, or cooked from scratch, fresh truffles. As part of my Daughter's 30th who lives on her own, can't cook and/or won't cook, a usual fancy restaurant celebration was out of the question with lockdown. So left to Mum to get my 'pinny' on to create something astonishing and a total surprise, with the help of this family and business I became, for my Daughter, Star Baker *** How cool is that for an 'old 'un'! Would definitely urge patronisation to this truffle company because the value of their products is excellent, as is their considerations.

Just amazing to get such fantastic truffles locally. These are my fourth or so order and each time they arrive beautifully packed and make the most wonderful dishes... With Christmas coming up surprise your friends and family with a delicious present..!

The best customer service and product. Simply delightful. I’ll definitely be ordering again

Amazing product from an excellent resource. I'm proud to be Welsh and have these brilliant opulent ingredients growing in our soil!
Matt was great. Hugely knowledgeable and eternally helpful with top tips and recommendations.
I can't recommend Welsh Truffles highly enough!

First time I’ve ordered truffles and I’m very impressed. V quick delivery and well packaged in chilled container. Still cool when they arrived recorded delivery. More importantly they are delicious 😋 made some truffle butter and flavoured olive oil to. What a treat!

Great communication and super fast delivery!

Lovely Autumn truffles - came as 2 larger ones and 1 small one. Quick delivery and helpful advice given over the phone when I called to ask about storing.

Delicious summer truffles with a delicate umami flavour. Prompt delivery and great service all round. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service . Answered all my queries. Goods delivered as promised on time. Would recommend and use them again

Great product that I have already recommended to friends.

Great delivery service and lovely truffles

Well I have to be honest here, you get a lot more truffle for you money with Welsh Truffles than the other one. (not wanting to be to rude Ill not name as I did like their truffle butter) and the truffles had a deeper richer aroma. If I was just buying truffles these would be my preference. I am doing my homework as my husband has become a bit of an eccentric oak tree grower now in the thousands, the latest are all about 8" tall and I was wondering whether to inoculate them with truffle spores. This was my random offshoot to his obsession. I might need a trip to Welsh Truffledom when we are over lockdown, we are in isolation as he's a bit of a liability. I then need to find a few acres well more than a few in the right place for his said oak trees as a legacy to our children and the planet

Amazing summer truffles would order again

Excellent service! I received the summer truffles quickly and Matt was on hand to offer great storage advise when I called. The truffles themselves were delicious. The taste is subtle, but as expected, given how early it is

Fantastic produce! Excellent delivery.
I will definitely be buying again!

Thank you so much Matt!
