Very good performance with excellent music variety

The bottomless brunch was very well conducted and very bottomless!

Spent the best afternoon at Westendmusicalbrunch everything was great!!! Entertainment, food, venue & staff & to say I was sceptical when I booked it for four friends celebrating a 60th birthday but we all had the best time. Thank you

I was honestly unsure how it was gonna go given the mixed reviews. Personally I had a very good time, the performers made it absolutely special they were amazing singers and dancers. I will say that the timings of the whole thing are a bit weird, you enter at 12pm and there is background music (on theme) 12.30 you start bottomless but food doesn't come out till 1pm and the actual show starts at 2pm. It felt a bit slow as a start and most people (including me) would think that you are enjoying your food whilst watching the performance. The food was very basic and not great quality but honeslt when the performance start i forgot about it cause they were so good!

One star because I can't go any lower! Went to the brunch at Stereo Covent Garden in June 2026.

I don't know where to start in full!
Food option is dry beef burger amd stale fries unless you order veggie burger before the event- which 2 of my party did (also not the advertised selection of food). They claim there were no orders or dietary notes on our booking so beef burger was given to my friends as if there was no choice. Stereo staff then claimed they would have no food, or they could order off menu and pay extra for this. We had already paid £80 for a ticket including food! Asked to speak to organiser of event "Chris" and was told he had said he "didn't have time". When he finally came over he couldn't care less. Looked at our booking name said again we hadn't ordered and walked away. Waitress for the event told us this happens very often! Stereo staff then said they'd make the food as if they were doing us a favour- very unprofessional and terrible customer service attitude.
I finally managed to explain to another Stereo staff- Eugenia- who was wonderful and reassured us she would take care of it and she did. She seemed embarrassed of the situation.
Entertainment wise- expect mostly a dj playing west end songs so quietly you can't hear it. Supposed "west end stars" sing on a tiny stage that we couldn't see from our seats with 4 dancers in cheap costume. Not interactive as advertised.
Female toilets were based in the men's toilets. I was told this was because "the performers are using the female toilets for costume change". Well the men's toilets STANK, there was no toilet paper or sanitary bins.
Save your money and time and book else where!
I've been to many west end brunches with different companies and they were excellent and cheaper.

I was gifted this as a present and after reading many negative reviews I was really sceptical about going. But Im so glad I went and ignored what I had read.
This experience was great, the venue itself was at somerset house and it was bright, fun and inviting.
The bottomless drinks were either prosecco or margarita cocktail, both of which were tasty. The staff were great at refilling drinks and were constantly watching for empty glasses ensuring the most was made of the hour.
The food was tasty. The burger was delious and good quality and the chips were tasty too.
The brownie for desert was nice also.

The entertainment throughout was great. The soundtrack of musical songs that was played over speakers throughout was fun, although too loud at times making it hard to have a conversation.
The west end singers, performers and dancers were incredible and it made a fantastic show. Many including myself were up dancing and made to feel involved. It was fantastic.

overall the experience was amazing, but a bit disappointed that they only done margaritas and prosecco which me personally i am not a fan of but i drank it.

West End Musical Brunch was honestly such a great experience. The food was really good and the bottomless prosecco just made it even more fun and relaxed. The performances were definitely the highlight—so much energy, amazing singers and dancers, absolutely fantastic. Everyone was up singing along by the end. Would 100% go again.

Real stars of the West End, experienced in the grandest of surroundings in the heart of London! Great fun, and unlike the threatre, a hot meal and copious prosecco meant we had a complete day out without spending a fortune. Fab!!!

I went to this event on 25 April ‘26 with my friend for a full day of musical theatre fun and we had the most wonderful time. The host and singers were top notch entertainment straight from West End shows. The dancers were appropriately named the West End Wendy’s and had us all up doing the Time Warp! The crowd was a real mix of people, many celebrating special occasions. It was so lovely to see them all singing and dancing to our favourite musical hits - the room was so full of joy. The venue is listed as a secret location and we loved the fancy Mayfair location, One Ninety Four. The staff were very welcoming and the prosecco flowed freely and quickly during the bottomless hour. It was the perfect way to spend our London day out before we headed to a show in the evening and I would definitely recommend xxx

West End Musical Brunch is a space to enjoy theatre with friends, family, and theatre fans. It’s a space where you can be yourself, meet new people, and have lots of fun listening to your favorite musical songs! They have incredibly talented special guest, and also host unmissable concerts (Halloween, valentines, and Christmas) that take place at the Lyric!

Safe , Inclusive, Stagey Heart Heaven, Beautiful, Joyful, Family Feel. Just a couple words I’d used to describe my experience of WEMB. Anything with Shanay Holmes and Chris Stewards name on immediately know my heart, soul and mind will be seen, made to feel loved, safe and so happy. I went alone and I came out beaming smiling as I felt the furthest thing from alone during the entire brunch. If your considering booking WEMB, don’t even pause for another second as every moment I adored with memories I now cherish

We had the best time!!!! Where else can you watch/ listen to all the best musical songs, sung by the most incredible West End performers but have the freedom to sing along and get out of your seat and dance at any time!!! And because it’s a day time event the best part is you feel like you dance the night away but without the late night madness and late night transport problems after!

Seriously don't bother.
We were assigned a table and went to it to find two people already sat there. Had to wait while they frantically found a new table for us at the back. The food was dreadful, the burger was just about edible the oven chips were barely cooked and the thing they called chocolate cake was actually inedible. Had a weirdly chemical taste to it. Saw an enormous amount of that being scraped onto a plate and being returned to the kitchen from the majority of tables.

The bottomless was not bottomless. It was exactly 1 hour true, but that was the awful cheap prosecco. I kept turning it down trying to get to try the rum punch but we were repeatedly ignored in favour of the big hen party tables. Never got a single bit of rum punch and when I managed to stop someone 40 mins in to say please can I have some punch I was told they had run out and there would be no more. From then on we didn't receive any refills of the cheap prosecco either.
The a girl from the hen party next to us had had so much prosecco she passed out and slammed onto the floor next to us. After all they had been very attentive to filling their glasses.

The performances were okay but it was largely made up of backing tracks which is a shame because I was expecting more of an immersive experience. The female singer was good but the others were okay at best. Also not sure I would classify singing along to frozen let it go as what I had hoped for as a musical brunch.
There were many many reminders that the bar was open to try and get us to buy drinks as this must be where they make up there money. Just felt quite awkward. Bar prices were very expensive so we left as soon as performances were over.
It was also extremely cold in the venue too so I wore my coat the whole time.
Staff were unhelpful. Facilities were tired. Food service was incredibly slow and food was poor.
There are far better things to do in London!

Just to add after I directed this company to my review quite a few new reviews suddenly popped up. Conveniently claiming the opposite to my genuine experience. But hey it's the internet I guess that just what these companies do now. Be wary and try and find someone who has a genuine experience to ask I guess.

What an incredible Saturday! We attended the West End Musical Brunch at Somerset House and it exceeded every expectation. The talent was top notch, it felt like having front-row seats to every hit show in London at once.
The atmosphere was electric, we were a party of two but everyone around us was so friendly that it felt like one big party!
The real winner for my husband was the unlimited Prosecco and margarita's, they certainly weren’t shy with the refills!
The food was first class, all freshly cooked, my burger honestly was delicious!!
If you want a day filled with singing, dancing, and great vibes in a stunning courtyard, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic event at Somerset House! The performers were absolutely amazing and had a brilliant Hen. There were 20 of us of all ages and everyone had a really good time. Was really impressed with the smashed burgers too!

Had a great afternoon at Sway Bar - don't listen to negative reviews please. Staff were attentive, helpful and fun. Bottomless part was one hour but we had plenty of drink, refilled quickly without question. Food was excellent, no choices but burgers were excellent. And chocolate brownie for dessert was just what we all needed. The music show was great, got us all up dancing and singing and the entertainers were fantastic. Great show, great food. We were a group of 10 and we all loved it.

We booked the West End Musical brunch via Design my night for a group of 13 people. On the day our party was split into several tables which was very upsetting as this was for a special occasion. The venue itself was a secret location, and was a venue we will not be returning to. Several health and safety concerns, with the main being that out of 7 toilets only 1 was operational, the rest with no or broken toilet seats or blocked and over flowing. The sink taped up with brown tape and also not useable. The venue also had a strong sewage smell and was dirty throughout. We found dead flies in one of the cocktail jugs given to us, with no apology. There was lack of bar staff, leaving guests to go behind the bar to make/pour drinks and the food was very disappointing (a cold burger in a bun) Would not book again.
We complained to West end musical brunch who confirmed maintenance issues, but refused to offer any compensation.

Do not waste your money. Venue was the Sway bar, very dated, cold no heating, all of the toilets were either broken, no seat, no door lock and no toilet roll. Spotify musical play list on full blast as you enter so not able to chat. We were lucky with Prosecco, as we were given a bottle and there were only 2 of us. The entertainers were 3/5. No immersive experience. The food, well that needs a review of its own. Extremely poor. Very slow service, cold limp unappealing looking burger with a few ok chips. About an hour later a brown square of something they described as cake was served with watery cream, it wasn’t edible. I would not recommend this at all. Only communication is through email so you’re unable to talk to anyone.
The building needs closing down it is not acceptable for any situation.

Sway Bar
The performers were excellent as was the atmosphere and had a fun afternoon with friends. However the food was very basic and the venue tired. Toilets dirty and broken. Not worth the full price.
